has made it public knowledge that they will have its biggest ever presence at Chinaplas 2008. The company will showcase its products and technology at Booth B31, Hall W2 at Shanghai New International Expo Centre in Shanghai from April 17-20, 2008.

A wide range of products will be showcased at the exhibition, including Exceed™mPE, Nexxstar™resin formulations, ExxonMobil LDPE, LLDPE and HDPE, ExxonMobil™ PP, Achieve™ mPP, Vistamaxx™Specialty Elastomers, Exact™Plastomers, Santop As a single resin solution, Enable mPE is designed to replace blends. This simplifies sourcing and lowers inventory costs, as the number of resins needed is reduced. It also helps to eliminate costly errors associated with complex blends which reduce film waste.
rene™ and Exxtral™ Specialty Products, Vistalon™ EP(D)M, Jayflex™ DINP, Jayflex™ DIDP, Metallyte™, Label-Lyte™ OPP Films and our latest product, Enable™mPE, just launched earlier this month.
These products are used in various applications including packaging, nonwovens, automotive, industrial, consumer goods and wire and cable.
In addition, visitors will be able to see how ExxonMobil Chemical’s products are used in the manufacturing process. ExxonMobil Chemical has teamed up with several machine manufacturers at the exhibition to demonstrate various applications on manufacturing lines. These demonstrations will include applications such as high clarity films for flexible packaging and lamination, films for medium and heavy duty bags, injection molding parts for housewares, rigid packaging and automotive.
The company will also conduct seminars at the Shanghai Expo Centre on polymers for nonwoven fabrics, specialty plasticizers, trends in thermoplastic elastomers, and the superior benefits of metallocene technology in freezer film applications.
With regards to Enable™mPE, David McConville Polyethylene Global Market Development Manager, ExxonMobil Chemical. commented that, “This new product generates films with exceptional performance, but the additional value to converters can be measured through formulation simplification, extrusion energy savings, film line output benefits, more sustainable flexible film solutions.
