Rohm and Haas’s Packaging and Building Materials business today announced a price increase for all products sold in the Asia-Pacific Region to the adhesives, plastic additives, textiles, non-woven, graphic arts, paper and leather industries. |
The increase of between 10-20% for all products including acrylics and modified acrylics, styrenics and modified styrenics, polyurethanes, polyesters and complementary technologies, will take effect from July 15, 2008 or as contracts allow. |
These increases are necessitated by tightening supply of feedstocks, rapidly rising feedstock costs, and continued increases in energy costs and freight costs.
