Informex announces showcase series on January 29th in New Orleans.

More than a dozen chemical makers with technologies geared toward advances in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, coatings and plastics industries will present new molecules and manufacturing processes.
The Technology Showcases, starting at 9:00 AM in the Belle Chase room of the Hilton Riverside.
Another series of showcases scheduled to run concurrently will spotlight the technology strengths of fine and specialty chemical companies, outsourcing specialists and research houses. Called the Exhibitor Showcases, this series looks at the most recent technology updates of major suppliers to the world’s manufacturing industries. Both series of showcases provide insights into the application of higher
value chemical technologies. According to Jennifer Jessup, Event Director, the technology and exhibitor showcases at InformexUSA remain as one of the most popular events of the exhibition because it is the one place where advanced technology is put on display virtually side by side.
“Companies with new intellectual property to test in the marketplace have an attentive audience at InformexUSA,” she said. “One cutting-edge molecule after another, one innovative synthesis technique after another and one innovative catalysis process after another is made available to an audience in search of the best available technologies. The extraordinary volume of advanced technologies discussed at the showcases allows
attendees to improve the odds of finding what they need to move further and faster on their own projects. The showcase series is more than a preview to new technologies.
It’s also about the people behind the technologies and the creative application of those technologies by professionals in the manufacturing industry. The showcases provide an important and popular place to meet, connect and network before the show floor opens,” she added.
Included among the companies scheduled to present at the Technology Showcase is AMPAC Fine Chemicals, Albemarle Corporation, BASF, Codexis Inc., Regis Technologies Inc. and SAFC. Major companies scheduled to provide technology updates at the Exhibitor series of showcases include DSM Pharma Chemicals, Dottikon Exclusive Synthesis AG, Dupont, Johnson Matthey and Saltigo.
